Is President Trump A TRUE Christian?
There is no doubt that America is a nation of faith.
People from all over the world now call the country their home and are thankful to be able to worship as they believe.
President Trump has championed that very truth. He is quoted as saying, “America is a nation of believers, and together we are strengthened by the power of prayer.”
America can and will stay strong so long as the people are free.
This includes the area of religion. Take away a person’s faith and there is nothing left but a void needing to be filled.
Religion and the President of the United States
The President has recently signed an Executive Order that declares with strength that people in the United States can worship freely and more securely because there are those in the White House that support them and are looking to protect their very religious freedoms.
It is necessary to remind the leaders of the country that freedom of religion is a constitutional right and no one can take it away.
The Executive Order that the President signed is called the “Establishment of a White House Faith and Opportunity Initiative.”
There are many things that the order gives the people of faith assurances of. All of which are designed to give comfort knowing that people can worship freely.
The order is set up to give recommendations dealing with the White House’s policy agenda that affects faith and community based programs, provides recommendations for those religions that get together to combat poverty, and even alerts the administration where there are weaknesses in the Executive Branch that fail to comply with religious protections.
There will be an Adviser appointed to the White House Faith and Opportunity Initiative.
It will also be supported by professional and faith leaders from around the country.
It also sets up a requirement that each executive agency have a connection with the initiative through a liaison to the order.
Religious freedom is a top priority of the President and his administration.
Throughout 2017 and 2018 the Justice Department issued 20 principles of liberty for religion and raised the profile of such cases and contacts all aimed to help guide this new order.
It seems that many of the other agency are following this order.
DHHS now protects freedom of religion in and out of its agency by enforcing laws and taking a more aggressive stance on the injustices that may come up.
The President has also made it a point to identify with people of faith in the sphere of protecting life.
He has been involved in several public events that have promoted prayer, sanctity of life, and many other avenues of religious backed events. He has made it a point to be vocal in his support of many of these organizations.
In 2017, he spoke in public at the Value Voters Summit and he spoke at the Marcy for Life rally. Even the Vice President has given support for the March for Life as he addressed the rally in 2017.
President Trump has made it his top priority to restore the ideology that has been the very foundation of this country for hundreds of years.
People have the freedom to worship as they see fit. Along with the freedom of religion comes the freedom to express such beliefs.
In 2017, the President signed an Executive Order giving religious freedom and freedom of speech a wider berth. Now religious places can operate according to the First Amendment without fear of reprisal.
The President has also authorized that religious centers can receive aid in the event of natural disasters. Provide aid in the event of a court issue.
He has even been in support of small businesses to be able to operate according to their religious affiliation.
The President of the United States has been a huge supporter of freedom of religion and the sanctity of life movement.
He is not afraid to live what he believes.
The President of America stands by the very people that support him and even those that would oppose them to see that their liberties are not taken from them by people on a mission to destroy the country.
